The top places for craft beer 

The Lehigh Valley is home to some of the region’s best craft beer. Whether you prefer IPA, stout, or even cider, you can find it in the Valley. From the busy streets of Allentown to the covered bridges of the countryside, here are a few of the best places to grab a pint.

Yergey Brewing

Yergey is a charming little taphouse and brewery located at the corner of S. 5th and Railroad in Emmaus. Owner and Brewer Jim Yergey has crafted many diverse styles of beer, including Hoptileitious, a beautiful imperial IPA. Stop in Thursday through Sunday for a pint and a good time.

Two Rivers Brewing

Located in downtown Easton, Two Rivers is a two-story gastropub with a selection to satisfy your hunger and thirst. Belly up to the bar, made of hotel room doors from the building’s previous life, and order one of their award-winning house drafts.
 

Weyerbacher Brewing Company

The Valley’s largest brewery, Weyerbacher boasts an impressive beer list, and is continually updating it with rotating taps and seasonal selections. Located just outside Easton’s downtown area, Weyerbacher is a must for any beer enthusiast

Hijinx Brewing Company

Born from a passion for great beer and started in founder Curt Keck’s garage, this Allentown brewery has a flair for the experimental. The unique flavors will have you coming back to the newly renovated brewery again and again.

Allentown Brew Works

Home to Fegley’s Brew Works, this Allentown staple has been pouring beers since 2007. Powered by 100% renewable energy. The 400 seat brewpub features a pub-style menu with Pennsylvania Dutch influences, and house-made beers.

Hardball Cider

If cider is your thing, this craft cidery and winery in Bethlehem is the place to check out. Hardball grows its own apples and offer selections from fruity to dry and fizzy.

Lost Tavern Brewing

Located in quaint Hellertown, Lost Tavern opened its doors in 2016 and features a wide-ranging beer list with everything from ciders to sours to IPA’s.

Evil Genius

Though located outside the Valley, this large Philadelphia brewing company has nation-wide renown, and with beer names like Han Shot First and You’re Killing Me Smalls, a visit to Evil Genius is a stop you won’t soon forget.
